Created in the 2000s, the Parish of Saint Teresa, in Massaranduba (PB), is an important religious and cultural symbol of the municipality. Dedicated to its patron saint, Saint Teresa of the Child Jesus, it is part of the Diocese of Campina Grande and plays a fundamental role in the evangelization and social actions of the city.
The church has a monument that houses the image of Saint Teresa, as well as her relics and those of her parents, Saint Zélie and Saint Louis, highlighting the place as a space of faith and devotion. Every year, on October 1st, the traditional Feast in Honor of Saint Teresa is celebrated, bringing together the faithful and visitors in a moment of great religious and cultural significance.
